1.1 Business Function I: Account Registration and Log-in

To register a new account, you need to provide the following personal log information: If you are the owner/end user of the power station (referred to as "Owner"), we may collect your country, time zone, phone number, email, and company name.

Mandatory information, in the mobile device registration, needed to be provided will be highlighted by marks. If you do not provide such required information, registration cannot be completed. After creating your account, HyperCloud will assign you a unique user ID ("User ID").

1.2 Business Function II: Visiting HyperCloud

To visit the services provided in the HyperCloud, you need to provide the following personal log information, your access will be recorded in the same way as on any other website:

The IP address used by your device or terminal,

The date and time of the access

The name and size of the requested file

The version information of the browser

The access status/HTTP status code

The URL of the referring webpage

1.3 Business Function III: Using HyperCloud

To use the services provided in the HyperCloud, you need to provide the following power plant data information:

Station name, equipment status, installed capacity, installed power, active power of storage, charging amount of energy storage, discharging amount of energy storage, equipment fault signals, location data of the station, etc., if you use our location-based services (please refer to the 'Location-Based Services' section below for more details).

We will seek your consent in advance when we wishto use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy.

Some location-based services provided by HyperCloud (e.g., "Station Map" ) require you to provide the geographical location of the station, including the location information you provided when creating the station. We will not collect or process precise location information on our own initiative. Without geographical location information, the station's location cannot be displayed on the station map.

 

We will only process such information as necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests or to provide you with our services.

5.         How HyperCloud Protects Your personal information

5.1 We have adopted security measures to protect your personal information you provide to us and to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of data. For example, we will use encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data; we will use reliable protection mechanisms to prevent malicious data attacks; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access to your personal information.

We will retain your personal information related to your access to HyperCloud and your account data until you delete your account/account data, or until you request the deletion of your personal information, except where laws or relevant regulations may mandate that HyperCloud retains certain information for specific periods (e.g., 6 to 10 years for tax and accounting purposes). In other cases, HyperCloud may retain data for a reasonable period after the end of any relationship with you to address legal claims (e.g., the standard statute of limitations is three years, starting from the end of the year in which the data was processed).

This Privacy Policy may be updated.

We will not reduce your rights due under this Privacy Policy, without your explicit consent. We will release any updates to the Privacy Policy on this platform.
